On July 2, 2026, the TOPSEW team of SHANGHAI CHAOBEI INDUSTRY embarked on a ten-day self-driving team building tour in Tibet. Stepping away from busy workplace routines, we headed for the snow-covered plateau. Guided by magnificent mountains and rivers and accompanied by teammates, we settled our original aspirations in the grand nature and gathered strength from walking side by side, completing a rejuvenating and transformative journey that nurtured both body and team spirit.
Driving westward all the way, we crossed glacial rivers and snow-capped mountains, immersing ourselves in the unique natural scenery and profound humanistic customs of Tibet. Holy prayer flags and ancient mani piles could be seen along the way, together with local residents praying devoutly. The fluttering prayer flags carry pure and beautiful blessings, presenting the quiet and healing charm of plateau folk culture. The clear blue sky, snow-white mountain peaks and vast wilderness form a stunning snowland picture. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we fully integrated into the mountains, rivers and Tibetan customs, truly experiencing the magnificent and diverse landscapes of the motherland. This plateau journey allowed us to cast off impetuosity from work, calm our minds and regain enthusiasm and motivation for progress.
Scenery delights the journey, while companionship warms the heart. The ten-day self-driving expedition was filled with bumpy roads and unpredictable challenges. Nevertheless, all members of the TOPSEW team advanced in unity and helped each other throughout the trip. Some took the initiative to share driving fatigue, while others took good care of their teammates. We overcame various road obstacles together with dedication and perseverance, interpreting the true meaning of teamwork. The unfamiliar plateau journey became warm and reassuring thanks to mutual collaboration, greatly strengthening our team cohesion and centripetal force.
Inspired by the snowland scenery, we stay true to our team’s original mission. This Tibet team building tour was far more than a sightseeing trip; it was an in-depth team tempering. Throughout the challenging plateau journey, we overcame bumpy roads, altitude discomfort and various difficulties through mutual support and full collaboration.
